i use 2 T2s every night... one on my backside/upper hip area, and one on my neck or head area... it is the head one that gives me the most visible response... no more stuffy nose, puffy eyes, or sinus pain... i started using 2 last spring when i had an annoying cough when i laid down... i'd lay it on my throat and within minutes the cough subsided... within a week or so the cough was gone totally... while still using the other one on the lower extremities, because obviously this one does for that half of me what the other does for my head, it's just not as obvious to me... i've experienced absolutly no problems using 2, if anything, more success!
