The frequencies to use are 375 kHz and 380 kHz for Epstein Barr Virus. I dodn't have my book with me but I found the info here.

I should expect you need to sweep between the high and low ranges. Actually from memory I think the range is a little bigger in " The Cure For All Diseases "

Zapping could also help.

If I remember correctly EBV like the herpes virus can live in the nerves and a zapper or even frequency generator cannot reach inside the live nerve cells. It can do some damage but can't get to all the virus.

However your own immune system if boosted can get inside the nerve cells. So if you clear everything else up and take transfer factor plus, the best anti-oxidant - microhydrin plus exercise and excellent diet you will get there.
