thanks to all of you!!!!

hey to all of you out there who remember my postings and a new hello to those who are newer!
i made it through the seventh day, and decided that if i was still hungry on the eigth day, i would break my cleanse.
i did and i feel fantastic. i think i took it as far as my body would allow me to take it.
i feel so clear and calm and aware- it's fantastic.
although my goal wasn't to lose weight, i lost over ten pounds and everyone in my cafe has commented on my glowing skin and clearer eyes.

just thought i would thank you all for your support and let you know it was greatly appreciated. i will return and hope to see you all on the next journey!
