Hi, I am on my third day of The Master Cleanse and am looking for some validation that it is worth it. I am feeling more tired than usual and need to sleep more, which makes it a little hard to focus at work. I guess I want to feel that by the end of 10 days that I will have felt it is worth it. I am drinking about 60oz of lemonade per day. Does that sound right for a 5'7, 140-lb woman? Any support is appreciated!
