Day 2 here and I've hit a problem...I ran out of my Maple Syrup this morning when making my morning batch to bring to work. I figured I'd stop at the grocery store at lunch and pick some up to make my afternoon batch. Unforunately, they didn't have Grade B - just A. I bought it just in case I wasn't able to scrape enough out of the Grade B bottle to last me this afternoon. I wasn't able to muster up the amt. needed for the batch and had to add a little Grade A. I know the book says that Grade B is the best to use, but in a situation like today - is Grade A O.K. to use in emergency? Or should I have just skipped the syrup all-together?
P.S. - Other than that little dilemma, I'm happy to say that my tongue is white and all is going well! hehe! :)
