My advice to keep strong. . .Prepare by eating really light for a couple of days. I ate cabbage soup for two days before. No meat, no alcohol, no coffee for a few days to a week before. Don't keep a lot of food in the house. Don't go to restaurants. Don't watch TV (too many food shots on tv). I was told to obsess about this board and check it several times a day it has been my main source of strength. Buy a lot of beautiful lemons and good maple syrup and don't let it go to waste. Stay in a quiet frame of mind. This is a relfective time, be gentle on yourself. Rest a lot. Take short walks when you want. And check this board again. Drink lemonade. Drink lemonade. Drink more lemonade. Check the board again.Drink lemonade. Drink lemonade. .... You can do it!!
Read the posts and you will hear over and over you don't really get hungry, the only issue is your mind thinking about eating and thats when you check the board and drink more lemonade. Then the best thing is to drink lemonade at the same time as checking the board....Good luck!
