One day at a time - absolutely. Small, easily digestible (oops - no pun intended!) pieces! I'm on day two - day one was rough. Pain? No. Headaches? No. Lots of bathroom time? Nope. I just couldn't stop thinking about all the food in my refrigerator! (word to the wise - CLEAN IT OUT before you start!) And I don't even really like to eat. Go figure.
Today, it's as if my head said, "Okay, we couldn't make you cave yesterday - guess you're sticking with it...." So I made up two batches of stuff - sans lemons, packed it all up with my bottles, lemons, and citrus juicer, and schlepped it off to work today. Although Day 10 still sort of seems as remote as age 40 did when I was 15.
It's boring to keep making the stuff - make a bunch at a time and add the lemon juice to each glass as you go (juice doesn't lose it's benefits from sitting and being aerated then). JUST DON'T BE HUNGRY. Play with it - yeah, an hour later and another glass. Ho hum. But play with the mix - you might need 2.5T maple sugar for instance. And take it a day at a time! (Speaking of which.....it's LEMONADE TIME!)
