I wanted so badly to succeed and get out of the sabatoging trap of yoyo dieting I'd set up for myself that I was excited and eager and determined to make it. Plus, I knew that I ONLY had to make it the first few days. After that, it's dangerous to simply start eating cooked or solid foods. so, I kept thinking to myself, "The only thing I can have right now is OJ so I may as well stay on it." I'm counting on the knowledge that it could be dangerous to my body to go off it by eating solid foods to help me again this time!
The first day is over and I made it! My energy level is ok. The only negative thing is that my tongue is totally white and fuzzy. Yuck! But, that's good to because I know my body's cleansing.
