I didn't have much trouble doing anything on the fast, and didn't urinate that much. I would make double batches throughout the day as needed. Each double lasted me about 4 hours or so. Then I'd make a new one. About 3-4 per day. I got some headaches 3 or 4 days in. And a little irritation. Lost my sex drive mostly, altough I read someone else say it increased theirs, maybe afterwards? Anyway, I enjoyed and want to do it again in the future. Oh yeah, the last day and the following day, my hands starting getting very cold, loss of circulation? I became fairly cold in general the last day or so. -G Tweet
