thats not what the scriptures say. jesus had someone come to him and say he had kept all of the law and jesus did not refute that. he did, however, have further instruction for him that he didnt like.
what the scriptures do say is that all have sinned. but then sin is no longer the issue because jesus died for the sins of the whole world. that part is a done deal. the word for sin in the greek means to miss the mark, like an archery term. it is error, making a mistake, missing the point, misunderstanding. jesus frees us to learn from our mistakes, not fear them, revel in them, or condemn others for making them.
as the scriptures say, "to know to do good and not to do it, to him it is sin"
