It does not glorify the Lord, it is one of the works of the flesh, but, Jesus not just showed anger, but overturned the tables when He entered the temple. Galatians 5:20 lists anger as a work of the flesh, but we are not being told how to sin in James 1:19. Anger is part of being human (human nature) and is a work of the flesh, but the Lord doesn't count it against us as sin, He is too merciful, tolerant and loving for that (you know, "loving kindness", kind of how we should be towards each other, isn't it, we are to be imitators of Him). There are many things in this world to be angry about, and human beings MUST give vent (not just ACCIDENTLY vent, but purposely express) to their emotions (or else our emotions will become meaningless), but keep your anger "just" and don't carry it from day to day (let it subside).
