Re: ???????????
I understand the desire to have the existence of God "proven" with cold, hard facts, but Christianity is not a science, and CERTAINLY NOT a religion, even though many people think it is. Christianity is the worship of, and love for, the Creator (a more meaningful understanding would be that He is the ORIGIN,...where everything came from). The reason it's called Christianity is because He sent His Son Jesus CHRIST to, in effect, purify us so that we could return to Him in heaven. The reason I say "in effect" is because we are not actually "purified" so that we become perfect, we are only "forgiven" so that we may be able to return to Him. Calling Christianity "A faith" is actually somewhat misleading, it is not like being a Democrat or Republican, God is not a political figure or philosophy. God is simply THE CREATOR, and having "faith" (confidence) that He exists is like having "faith" that alternative medicine is not "kooky". Christianity is often misunderstood as having a "command structure" (like the army). That is WRONG, "true" Christianity has no such thing. Priests, monsignors, cardinals, etc. do not exist in true Christianity. There is NO mediator between God and man EXCEPT Jesus Christ. God's Son Jesus Christ was given complete authority in heaven and earth, that is why worshipping Jesus is the way we worship the CREATOR. Since Jesus left us with the Holy Spirit to teach us how to love peacefully and genuinely care for the welfare of our fellow human being (love), only the Father (Creator), His Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit are part of the "Godhead", NO ONE ELSE.
