Re: Quarter-Life crisis

You have to figure out whether you just want to "JOIN the crowd" and be labelled a "good person" with RELIGION, or whether you really want to know THE CREATOR. God and religion are not the same. ALL religions are the DEVIL'S domain designed to steer us away from THE TRUTH of God. The bible IS God's truth, but not religion. Cleanliness is next to Godliness and so is religion. I don't want NEXT to Godliness, I want COMPLETE Godliness. When Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt (the EXODUS), God commanded Moses to start a priesthood called the LEVITICAL priesthood whose sole purpose was to forgive sin. The reason it was called the LEVITICAL priesthood is that, in order to be a priest, you had to belong to the TRIBE of LEVI (one of the tribes of Israel). The third book of the bible, LEVITICUS, listed the different rituals that had to be performed for the forgiveness of different sins, but when Jesus Christ came to earth and died on the Cross, that priesthood became obsolete (Hebrews chapter 7 verse 22 and Hebrews 8:13) and Jesus is now the only forgiveness of sin. Even though this makes sense and can be double checked in the bible, you probably won't want to believe this is true because you want to keep having sex with your girlfriend (she is probably more altruistic than you). If you just want to keep doing whatever you want, at least don't hypocritically say that you love God.
You can't handle the TRUTH (John 14:6).
