I was just taking a level teaspoon with half a tablet twice per day.

Had a little result with that.

At the moment I stop and start it. I can do a good week on it then stop taking it for 3 or 4 days. Im not the best person to ask about it!

Just trying to be honest. Im going to persist as best I can. I eat a clean diet all the time, I just dont take HH all the time. Tweet
