Re: Senses getting better!

The first things I noticed when I started cleansing were that my sense of taste and smell became stronger.

I can now smell a cigerette from a mile away! Its good and bad because now I absolutly cant stand it and have to move the hell away from it. It blocks up my head instantly and makes me feel sick and I start breathing shallow to try not to breathe it in.

One thing is weird though. I take holistic horizons, but never moved up to the greater levels. Im only small and feel like I dont need to take those large amounts. But, if i go a day without taking it, or have a day where i eat something bad like dairy or chocolate and sugar, I swear I can smell old feces coming out of the pores in my body.

Now Im not talking stinky here, im talking the mildest of the mildest of smells, not noticeable to anyone but myself. But I swear its there, and i know that i have a long way to go.

Does anyone else have any experience of this or of their senses telling them things? Id be really interested to hear of them.
