Hi Fil....well, being that I know now they are the calcified ones I think that's all the reason to do all of this right. Don't know how big they are, as I was given the wrong film for the doc to see. I'm going back tomorrow to the testing place to see if I can get the right one. This is so typical when I go to a doc or any tests, nothing ever goes right. I will continue to take the "Stone Free". I forgot to mention one more item that I bought at that store, it was "Essential Enzymes" for digestion. The owner suggested this one, I think it was a good buy.
With your oil, water, lemon, & ginger, is all of this mixed in one cup. I have ginger root, but I'm not sure how you add it. Do you add all caponents to a pot under low heat with a couple slices of ginger root to get the juices, then strain? Just not sure how you use ginger.
I'm not sure if I should do your suggestion juicing apples. I suppect I'm hypoglycemic(too much sugar). I did read somewhere though that the Sugar in apples stabilize your Sugar levels, so I'm just not sure.
