i did a search for one on http://www.aucco.org/ (Academy of Upper Cervical Chiropractic Organizations)in my area-jacksonville, fl. and i found a doctor here that does the "upper cervical chiropractic" method. what part of the body does this technique work on? base of the neck/top of spine? if so, i believe this may be just what i am looking for for not just relief from headaches, but from the chronic neck/shoulder pain i have had for many years. i went for regualr chiro work a few years ago, but did not really get much relief from it. then i ran out of money and had to stop going, but i had enough visits to know whether or not it was going to do me any good to keep going. hopefully this chiro is still in jacksonville, and not like many natural healers and nd's who are no longer in practice in this city. i will give him a call tomorrow or monday and see what they have to say.
maybe you could tell me a little more about what these adjustments entail.
