Pressure in chest?

Does anyone know why candida/dysbosis causes a pressure in your chest? I know Iíve read other people in this forum and in healthawarness that have this particular symptom. It was one of my first and most persistent symptoms when I took Threelac it went away but now that Iím off of everything it is back today. It feels like someone is pushing on my chest or that there is a fist in my chest and it is hard to breath. It just seems like such an odd symptom and wanted to know why. Also when I get upset in an out of control sort of way I feel like a pressure is building in my chest and has to be relieved the only thing that works is crying. Anybody experience anything like that?
