To my knowledge the best fruits for you will be lemons and limes (which you can add to the water you should be drinking lots of), tomatoes, and unripened bananas (no spots, the spots are signs of decay in the banana, when the carbs are being coverted to simple sugars by enzymes). I'm no expert though, you should check out the book by Dr. Robert O. Young, called "Sick and Tired? Reclaim your inner terrain."
