I had intended to actually sign off that other post - and was in the process of typing my usual:
when I accidentally hit - whatever....! and it posted! How nice to keep life exciting and unpredictable every now and then....LOL
The maple syrup will help with the sugary side - I wasn't eating junk but I SURELY wasn't eating well. No veggies at all, lots of meat and cheese. However, in lieu of cigarettes, I was getting up toward 3 Twix bars/day! I've found bread easy to kick - did it through a month of atkins last december in order to get rid of my tummy for a slinky dress (and ended up having to stuff the top!) and I've managed to stay off it. Sugar - must be those parasites, continues to haunt me a bit. Caffeine, from what i understand, is the toughest, as you'll be getting some wicked withdrawl symptoms.
Skip on over to the fasting forum for the lemonade discussions, catch up on a few pages, and you'll be glad you did. Personally, I'd skip the juice, but do the Smooth Move tea at night. And Salt Water Flushes (SWF) are very helpful and quite the experience from start to finish.
