i bought the castor oil in the drug store, the directions are very clear. it is an old rememdy for tummy aches. it is very safe, well the kind i bought. just regular castor oil. it will go through you quickly, and with me no pain. just a lot of oil floating on top of the tiolet,lol. i thought it was kind of funny!!
