Red meat or salmon with low carb vegis, and fruit, works for me, but I am a cheater and when I cheat I can feel it. BUT since I've started Liver Flushing 3 months ago I can eat more junk food. The following seems to work really well for me, when I stick to it. If I cheat it is my favorite tasty treats. I Don't waste a cheat on something I don't really like. If you are slightly hungry I believe your are like an animal "on the hunt". Your mind is sharp and you are full of energy. That's when you are most productive. Once you eat you are dull and ready to rest.
1. Before lunch - Multi Fiber and green drink(barley grass powder) with Vitamins and
fish oil. Or 1 to 3 pieces of fruit only if I get hungry. When
I'm working out heavily some times I feel my body wants to have
protien, and it is usually 5 eggs with some OJ.
2. Lunch - Meat and low carb vegis maybe a piece of fruit
3. Snack - maybe a piece of fruit
4. Dinner - Meat and low carb vegis
I can't leave out a little exercise. It makes a huge difference also.
