You mean the articular discs of the TMJ? I'm not aware of just the articular disc itself becoming detached from the temporal surface, but if you could describe the problem in better detail than it could help me get a good idea of what's going on. Anyway, for the most part TMJ adjustments are reported with much success with a skilled Gonstead Chiropractor.
