Re: LAST DAYS of ovarian cancer

The number one thing that a cancer sufferer must understand that much of the ultimate outcome of their illness is in their hands.

The truth is, chemo-therapy is often worse than the cancer and it is often the chemo that kills. I have heard this from several oncologists. The real purpose of chemo and radiation is to give hope and buy some time as neither is very successful at stopping most cancers.

Oncologists will tell you that a certain percentage of cancer sufferers will survive for x number of months or years. What they do not tell you is that those who take the extra steps to restore normal health are the ones who live longest. Most oncologist rarely tell you that the number one cause of remission in cancer is a change in diet to all fresh uncooked fruits and vegetables. The choice of these fruits and vegetables is important as are many other actions that you can take.

1) Alkalize! Almost all cancer victims have a very acid pH which is not normal and is very unhealthy.

2) Antioixdants. Antioxidants that are available in raw fresh fruits and vegetables help fight cancer and other illness.

3) Avoid sugars. Especially refined sugars. Cancer lives off of sugars.

4) Sleep. The body heals when you sleep. Get 9 to 10 hours of sleep after dark.

5) Exercize. People who get exercize are better at fighting cancer according to many sources.

6) Eliminate parasites and chemical influences.

7) Replinish your intestinal flora with Kefir or a good yogurt.

8) Stop the wasting away.

There are many supplements such as large doses of vitamin C, E, and B vitamins as well as certain minerals that can help turn cancer around.

This is not complete, but is a good start.
