Did you mix your 80 proof vodka with water?? If not, you will have EXTRA, EXTRA strength!! You should have mixed it so it's about 50% alcohol. I believe they said 2parts alcohol to 1 part water. The vitamin C kills/counteracts mold, so if you didn't add it while you were making it, I would maybe add a little extra to the jars you have made. Dr. Clark beleives that metal leaches into food which is the reason for no metal. You can use a plastic cutlery, although I have not changed everything that Dr. Clark says, and am using my regular silverware. I am only having a problem with allergies, so... We also have a Black-Walnut tree in out front yard. We never knew what to do with it before now! Kind of nice huh!?!?!
