Speaking for myself, fruit juice is not what I feel like having to ease back into nourishment after a flush. So I tried this broth recipe this morning that I got from www.healthyhealing.com and I am enjoying it immensely. Some of you may want to give it a try.
MINERAL-RICH CLEANSING BROTH
Put 1-1/2 quarts water in a large soup pot. Add 1 large onion, chopped; 3 sliced carrots; 2 potatoes, cubed; 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped; 2 stalks Celery with tops. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Strain. Add 1 Tbs Bragg Liquid Aminos.
