Thanks for the website. Interesting info.

I had been vegan since January 2000, then became ovovegetarian about six months ago, and could now be considered ovolactovegetarian, since I have started consuming Helios' organic Kefirs. My Iridologist in the Spring of 2002 told me that I had a very weak liver. I happened upon the CureZone site that Fall and began preparing for liver flushes, after having Amalgams replaced by December 2002. I did my first flush in January 2003. I have since done 7 and still need to do some more. I have gotten out many, many stones. I can only presume that I formed these stones long before becoming vegetarian, and I have eaten many, many apples since becoming vegetarian. I also did not eat much in the way of oil my first few vegetarian years until I read "Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill" by Udo Erasmus, so that may have contributed to the stones as well. I have also read that higher estrogen levels promote stone formation, so that could be another factor. Thanks. Atleast, now I know better how to keep the stones from forming.
