Update Re: Flush one - Epsom salt!

Slept pretty soundly last night, actually fell asleep earlier than usual. Did have some unusual rumbly feelings from my liver, guess that's the "feeling the stones move" they talk about. Woke up around midnight and had to go a couple of times, just noticed some tiny little green floaters, just wanted to go back to sleep. Slept like a baby till 7:30, then time for more of the Epsom Salts (shudder.)

No, not using any net or capture device, just eyeballing what ends up in the loo. Glad I had the herbal lax tea & apple juice the night before to help clean out the tubes, passing mostly bile and other fluids. So far, lots and lots (and lots!) of very quick trips to the loo; about 15 to 30 rough sand / rock salt sized rounded little green lumps _each time_. Seems to be slacking off now, maybe 400, possibly up to 500 itt-bitty lumps all total, 95% pea green, the rest various shades of tan to rust. Hope it's done for while as all those trips have understandably made me a wee bit sore (next time, pre-moistened wipes.) I did try pressing on the 'gallbladder spot' (slightly sore spot right below the bottom right rib, kind of towards the center,(where georgina mentioned)) a few times this morning and noticed more little rounded stones afterwards.

Can't eat for another hour or so, but no where near as hungry as last night. I swear, I think the toxins knew what was coming and tried every little trick they could to try to make me Not cleanse! {hehe} Too early to tell if I physically feel better overall, but, all in all, I mentally feel Much better knowing that all those little stones are out and won't be growing into bigger stones in me!

So, first cleanse is under my belt, on to the next! (As soon as money and schedule permit.) Tweet
