I don't know what kind of tortillas you are eating, however all the ones I have checked the ingredients list on, did contain some kind of animal fat, usually lard. Also they are sometimes made with margarine, which I would not touch with a ten foot pole. They also contain many chemicals and other preservatives . Please don't think I am attacking your tortillas ! *LOL* I love the darn things too, but they do cause stone formation because they contain white flour.

I have taken the Epsom Salts several times now, on a very full stomach. It does work. I take it at the very first sign of a possible attack coming on, and then I do a Liver Flush as soon as possible......the next day if I can. The attack is your warning that a flush is needed. Attacks usually happen at night, when the gall bladder is most active. That is also why the olive oil for the Liver Flush is to be taken at night, at 10:00 PM.

When I was full of stones I know that even one taste of cheese would have brought on an attack. I avoided it for months. I was just too scared of having another attack.

Yes the sooner you flush the better. If you are having attacks that is your signal to do liver flushes. Even if you just did one, if you are having attacks, do another one.

The www.notmilk.com site is an eye opener. It cured me of eating dairy products.

You can eat and not have attacks. Just do not eat things that bring on attacks. I really only had one attack and that was certainly enough to get me to pay attention to every single thing I put into my mouth. Even avoiding foods that cause attacks is not enough.....the thing to do is Liver Flush and keep doing it until you are stone free. It can and does happen. Southern Belle is now stone free !!
