Just thought I'd let you know that I have had the same dream as well. it was many years ago, but it lasted for months. I think it may be a fairly common dream. And I don't usually have recurring dreams but that one stuck around for awhile!

My guess is it may have had something to do with transition and "uprooting" (since teeth have roots and are usually well anchored in your mouth)old ideas or growing in that way.
