After only 10 days, you might be able to get away with taking only 2 days to go back to eating. I suggest drinking juice the first day and veggie soup the 2nd. But I would definately stay away from heavy foods, like meat and dairy during those 2 days. You might be able to have a salad in the evening on the 2nd day. DO NOT PIG OUT ON ANYTHING!!! Very small frequent meals (like a cup in volume or less) about every 2-3 hours. And don't forget, you still need lots of water.
