When you use the B&P shakes, your BMs will be different than just doing the MC.
With just the MC...you will have runny, yellow BMs, usually within 2 hours of the salt-water flush. If you don't have any, or very little BM, you need to adjust the water/salt ratio to fit your body's. Try adding a little more water to the flush (say 1/8 cup). If that shows improvement (like more BM within a shorter time), it is working, so maybe add a little more water the next flush. If that is not working, you might need to add more salt to the flush (say 1/8th teaspoon) to the original 1 quart water, 2 teaspoons salt.
When you add the B&Ps to the MC, you are slowly scrubbing the walls of your intestines, loosening the plaque. The lemonades are still cleaning your cells and bringing the toxins to your intestines. As you drink the lemonades and water, the B&Ps are expanding with water, filling your intestines. If you drink enough water, the B&Ps will slowly come out of you regularly (2-3 times a day) like normal BMs when you ate food. They look like normal poos, but might break up (flaking) once they hit the water in the toilet bowl. If you're lucky, you'll start seeing those ropes come out with them. In my opinon the salt water flushes really aren't necessary unless you haven't had any BMs in a day, and you feel very bloated and pressure (which is probably because you didn't drink enough water that day).
