If you are trying to lose weight, you would only drink 60 oz of the lemonades.
Each lemonade consists of:
8 to 10 oz of water
2 Tablespoons of fresh organic lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of Grade B maple syrup
1/8th teaspoon of cayenne pepper
To lose weight, drink 6 lemonades a day (but at the start, you might need to drink 1 or 2 more if you feel hungry, lightheaded or dizzy).
