Until you get over your dizziness, drink 1 or 2 more glasses a day
I made my pitcher every morning. (This equals 6 glasses of lemonade for weight loss.)
7 cups water
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
(sprinkle the cayenne into each glass, not the pitcher)
Drink this throughout the day along with lots of water (1/2 your weight (pounds) in ounces). Make up another pitcher for the water.
Make sure both pitchers are empty before you go to bed.
