Good luck beachmike. How exciting to be starting. I did my 9.5 day cleanse a couple of weeks ago and can't wait to do it again. You will be very pleased with the results. I used to have terrible allergy problems, having to take Allegra D every day. Since the cleanse, I haven't taken one pill. Also big added benefit-- I have kept 7 pounds off!!!! I gained only 3 of it back. Hang in there, first days are the hardest but not too hard--you will feel great once you get going!!!! Tweet
