Well, I did the salt water flush this morning as you instructed with doing the 10oz first and the rest after - and I didn't have to wait an hour before my first run to the loo! The reaction was instantaneous. I think, but I'm not sure, I saw "ropes"....but I'm really not sure what to make of it and I really am not that strong enough to investigate further!!!! It's gross to say the least what is coming out of my body.....and I really don't care to look. Anyway, the salt water flush did work, so I just wanted to say thanks for the little added push to do it. I suppose I have to do it every morning now?
