The best protein is from Beef. Try to find a more natural source then the grocery store. Eggs are another one. My family eats alot of meat. I am glad it says in the Bible that we are supposed to eat meat.
Are you thinking of doing weight lifting? I find the best (for me) to keep toned, is to work in our garden different sports. Jumping on a trampoline. We have a pool too. My Dad got a weight lifting machine a couple years ago. I use it sometimes. Since I am a girl I don't really concentrate on muscle weight, but just being toned.=) But building up your body really makes and keeps you healthier in the long end. It will help the eyes to. By bringing circulation to them and so cleansing and bringing nutrients to them. I have to remember to make sure I get into a sweat alot more often.=)
