Hi!
That is too bad I have broke the arm off my glasses a couple times. If you do decide to get new glasses try and get your doctor to give you a reduced prescription, like they say to do in the VFL book. When did you start to wear glasses. I started when I was around 7, I am 17 now. But I have heard of people who have been wearing glasses longer then that and have gotten rid of them!
I am not sure what Zenni Optical is. I think the extract is more absorbable(or quicker) then the pills. You can take the extract internally while still doing the eye wash as well. That way you getting at your eyes both ways.=)

No I don't have a reduced RX. I am still thinking about it. My parents say I would have to pay for it myself.=( I go to the eye doctor on the 11 of this month.
Yes I have to where my glasses at the computer. I would be putting too much strain on my eyes yet. Soon I am hoping to be able to not where them!
