Re: Vision for Life users and how do I get a reduced RX?
Hello!
Yes I have not gotten my RX redused. But I do have an appointment, I am wondering wether I should get them redused like how they say to do it in VFL program. Yes I use my glasses but during the day, when I can, I take them off. That is usaully when I go outside or when I practise looking into the distant. I find it puts too much stress on the eyes you go directly off them. My last visit last year said I was -7 to -8,9 in both eyes. I am not sure on the exact number. But I am only 17 years old. My eyes kept getting really bad every year.
What is VFL doing for me? Well alot I would say. I am soo glad I found it!! Befor I could almost see my hand clearly when it was 5 to 6
inches in front of my face. Now I can see my hand clearly when it is 12
inches from my face.
When I had finished about 2/3 of the first 30 days, I was seeing some improvement. I stopped doing the exercises for a couple weeks and lost that improvement. I started back up and I was seeing improvement again. While doing the exercises I included Black strap Molasses, fish oil,Carrot and Bluberry powder to my diet with Bilberry(Eyebright,Ginkgo Biloba,Cayenne Pepper) pills. I started to see really good improvement. I stopped the exercises to see which thing was helping. My progress slowed down. I started them back up and now I am seeing really good improvement again!!! I beleive they are both needfull for improveing the eyesight. I body needs nutrients as it also needs exercise. Exercising the body cleanses it and helps your body asimilate the nutrients you take in. Plus exercising stregthens the body and so much more!!
I hope this helps!
