In doing some more investigation I see that the lemonade fast takes care of the bowel and kidneys (with the salt water to start the day). It looks like I could use that for a few days before doing the liver flush.

Is it advisable to use the parasite herbs during the Master fast or wait until things are stabilized afterward? Tweet
