I plan to try doing a flush Tues. but I'm going to use the half cup method, and hope it works. I'm amazed anyone could drink two cups! BUT, if you can do that with a straw, you can bet that's what I'll use. I think you said in one of your posts that you sip the oil and then sip lemon juice right after each oil sip. Is that right? Thanks for all of your help, it's VERY encouraging.
