Re: How long can you take epsom salt? Effects?

Hi Brea!

What 'dose' of ES are you taking, daily? It's true that if you're taking a large dose that creates diarrea every day then you're likely to feel wiped. Southern Belle takes a small dose that doesn't create diarrea.

I have been away so I don't know how many flushes you've done. If you're experiencing discomfort I say go ahead and do another full fledged flush.

Remember to build up in between flushes. Potassium Broth is a great way to replace lost minerals and electrolytes that diarrea may cause. Also, remember to take a good oil/fat daily! Eat well - at least one raw meal a day...and drink lots of water to rehydrate. Epsom Salts is very dehydrating.
