The spleen is on the left side. Did the ultrasound show anything about the spleen? How long ago was the ultra sound done. The gb and the spleen are connected by a nerve. if the gb is in distress, the spleen can hurt also. Might be time to have another look. The spleen my be overworking itself, trying to fight off an infalamtion in the gb.
