Hi Gillybeans,
This was the flush that I followed last time too, and it didn't work for me.
I threw it all up just after drinking the olive oil.
Only passed a few very minute creamy white bits.
No stones really.
Next time I will stick to Hulda Clark s recipe, I know that one works for me.
