Well, I think your flush was successfull too. You got out the green sand which is excellent....you probably had to get rid of that sludge or chaff (cholesterol bits) that were plugging up your liver and gallbladder. Stones are next, believe me!

Sorry you threw up! ugh. I did that once. (still got stones even though what i threw up hours later looked exactly like the oo/gf did when it went in...more proof that those stones aren't the olive oil!)

You might want to lower your dosage of ES, too. I, personally, don't like to have diarrea before I go to bed so I only take 1 tsp of ES in each of my drinks on the day of the flush. The next day I take 1 tbsp of ES in the first drink..and see if I need that much in the 2nd drink.

Um...just re-read through your protocol....did you take TWO tbsp for your first ES?? Yikes. No wonder you were running to the toilet.

Did you drink LOTS of water before and after your flush?? (not during the fasting times...although I and others still drink water right up until an hour before the first ES drink) ES totally dehydrates you and that can make you feel sick. So that could be one of the problems.

Sometimes I mix of the Master-Cleanse lemonade and drink that up until an hour before, just so I don't feel that weak hunger feeling. You might want to try that next time.

There WILL be stones...you're just clearing out the blockage first! (I've never had green sand or chaff or sludge....so not everyone gets that! Your flush worked!)
