Hey Oak,

Don't worry. I experienced this yesterday (my day 3) for the first time. A very strong pulse right near my navel. I won't do the colonic, just continue to flush. You know there is a major artery that runs down past the navel, so that's probably what we're feeling. Also there's loads of toxins coarsing around our system, so the heart is really working. Flush them out, I think we'll be fine. I also noticed my heart beat is strong in my chest area. Again, I chalk it up to not enough elimination of toxins, but I'm going to fix that little situation tonite!
