i am on day 4 and i can say after much contemplation of quitting, stick with it! it really does get easier. the trick i found is to drink a ton of lemonade!! my first couple of days i wasn't drinking enough and i was cranky and starving and angry at everyone for eating crap around me. on day 3 i started drinking up 16 glasses and i felt great. not hungry or cranky, but had lots of energy. i cleaned the entire house and did yoga. even went to a catered party last night and wasnt even tempted to cheat. so keep drinking and good luck!!
