Re: i blew it

Toni now that it is 12:00 I am beginning a 14 day fast. The day after I began eating I passed a lot of mucous/yeast and many pimple erupted...That is why I felt like total crap..I was experiencing a major yeast die-off. Well I am in it for the long haul right now. I took an enema and the things I saw just reinforce my desire to cleanse..I know I will lose weight, but the focus now is to finish getting all of this junk out of me. I'm posting my fast at http://flakychick.blog-city.com. I am doing a 3/4 water 1/4 juice fast & I may try the Pipe cleaner recipe --not sure.... Best Wishes with your next try.
