I have a five year old so it's impossible for me to totally dis associate myself with food. I actually made homemade pizza with him and his friend on day 4. I also have a garden growing and have been busy harvesting lettuce.
I've never attemped a cleanse before but this seems really easy for me to handle. I am not really craving any foods at all. I plan on going at least 2 weeks hopefully 3. I have a family reunion coming up and the last time I saw them I weighed 104 (5'2"). I'm probably up to 125 right now since quitting a nasty cigarette habit about a year ago.
I just know that this cleanse is a good thing. When I hear that rumbly in my tumbly I just tell myself that it is not hunger it is just cleansing taking place, and then I make a lemonade.
Other than having a nasty rash and swollen eyes (I posted this on another thread), I feel pretty good on day 6.
