I'm afraid to take the "Smooth Move" tea in the morning. It was bad enough after the salt water flush for about an hour, I can't imagine doing both--I would be home all day!!! I hope I can make it to Day 7---saw a cookie in the pantry today that was calling me!!!!!!!! I was strong!!
